**PMO Lead**

**What can you expect?**
- As the PMO Lead you will play a critical role in driving the execution of a large multi-year Business Risk Transformation program. Leading the delivery engine of this regulatory remediation plan for Mercer Superannuation, you will be accountable for ensuring success is achieved throughout all phases of Design, Implement & Embed,
- Collaborating closely with program stakeholders, the PMO Lead develops a comprehensive and integrated program to meet all deliverables and criteria within the regulatory remediation plan. You will create and execute delivery & governance frameworks and processes to the highest quality standards and with best practice project management assurance and oversight.
- 2-year contract initially

**We will count on you to**:

- Developing and overseeing program standards, tools, processes and quality control for remediation plan design and delivery
- Orchestrating prioritisation of Hub resources to support program and stream delivery
- Develop and implement program governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective program management practices.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Establish mechanisms for tracking and controlling program progress, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate and optimise allocation of program resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support program delivery.
- Development, management and ownership of 3 work packages as part of Remediation Plan deliverables; Program Charter, Resourcing and Project Assurance Framework
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and support for the program.
- Proactive engagement and respond to needs of Program Director and Executive stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on program outcomes.

**What you need to have**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably within financial services.
- Experience in Regulatory Remediation Plans (preferable)
- Experience in program management, with a focus on PMO leadership, preferably in a complex and dynamic organisational environment. Experience in leading large-scale transformation programs is highly desirable
- Proven experience in establishing and leading PMOs, with a deep understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
