- We’re seeking a **Precinct Supervisor** to join our team at **Town Hall**, overseeing a multi-trade team across a diverse portfolio of multiple sites, including heritage-listed buildings, commercial properties, and public infrastructure.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading internal trades and sub-contractor teams to ensure effective workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Managing and allocating jobs, overseeing progress, handling escalations, and ensuring timely completion
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a key liaison across sites
- Ensuring quality assurance and compliance across all works
- Responding quickly to incidents and operational needs with a solutions-focused mindset

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven people management and supervisory experience
- Highly desired if you have a trade or facilities background, however we welcome applicants from any industry
- Customer focused with strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management skills
