Security Supervisors/Team Leaders

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Security Supervisors/Team Leaders to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and facilities.

This role is designed for a security career professional who leads by example. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, applying your broad skill set to a variety of operational activities, while guiding a small to medium team to deliver outstanding results.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be highly visible and client-facing, responsible for providing professional information services, managing incidents, and ensuring high standards of safety and customer service are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support, direct, and co-ordinate small to medium teams, including managing incidents and emergencies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver shift operational briefs.
• Conduct patrols of sites to observe, report, and manage incidents.
• Deliver excellent service performance standards whilst developing operational efficiencies.
• Work within client and ACESGroup WHS guidelines.
• Monitor facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safety.
• Prepare and maintain general security records and reports.
• Manage and provide facility access control.

Skills and Experience:

• Current NSW Security Licence (1A) – minimum 3 years' experience (or equivalent).
• Experience supervising a small to medium team.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and strong client-facing skills.
• CCTV operational experience and ability to use a range of security systems.
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal).
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and accountability.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) (current or willingness to obtain).
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Fire Warden (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Unrestricted NSW Driver Licence.
