**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Supervisor within a hotel breakfast environment or cafe
- Proven ability to successfully deliver an premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
- Barista experience and coffee knowledge
- Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest service
