What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Services Supervisor to join one of Sydney’s Premium Assets - Sydney Place at 180 George Street. The precinct has been designed to achieve the highest standards of wellness and sustainability making it one of the healthiest and sustainable workplaces in the country with a Platinum WELL rating and targets of 6 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS Energy ratings.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Working very closely with our Property Services Supervisor and Engineering Services Manager across the precinct, including commercial, retail and shared services
Assist with ensuring compliance with relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to maintenance of the property
Assist with periodic inspections of the building and plant to determine the extent, priority and criticality of any repair works required
Reviewing and as necessary preparing a defect register on behalf of the Owners

Tertiary qualifications and/or trade certificate will be favourable
Positive approach to meeting client needs whilst maintaining tenant expectations
Stakeholder management and relationship building
Familiarity with WHS requirements and legislation
