Originating in Echuca almost 40 years ago, Insurance House Group is now one of Australia’s largest privately-owned insurance brokerages with offices in 16 locations across Australia. Led by our values, we are committed to delivering positive and successful outcomes for our employees and clients.
We are looking for an ambitious and capable Broker to join our team in delivering exceptional service and risk management solutions to our clients.
**About the Role**
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of loyal and highly valued SME clients.
Key responsibilities include,
- End to end portfolio management, including growth, retention and service delivery across existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with other teams and business units within the Group by building strong professional relationships across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Broker or Assistant Broker with a minimum Tier 1 qualification, great interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for continued success in their career. Work for a brand you can trust in a role that will offer security, challenge and reward.

With strong knowledge across general commercial insurance, you're passionate about collaborating with others and have demonstrated experience managing your own portfolio of clients.
You're a team player with great verbal and written communication skills and a genuine interest in helping your clients. With strong product knowledge, you're excited about working with a collaborative team and well regarded brand.
