**The Role**

As an experienced Assistant (from within a legal or compliance or governance background) you will enjoy working across a range of duties and work closely with the Regional Head of Legal Operations. You will be a critical member of the Asia Pacific Legal Department, and support a team spread across various locations in the Asia Pacific.

**Duties**
- Diary management
- Liaising with external counsel
- Preparing and drafting legal documents and general correspondence
- Arranging appointments and conferences
- Assisting with special projects
- Assisting with team events, travel and expenditure

**Skills & Experience**
- At least 12 months experience in a legal assistant role within a highly regarded law firm or a private company (who specialise in governance / compliance)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- Great organisational and prioritisation abilities
- IT savvy with good technical skills
