**Position description**:

- Join a supportive and innovative Client IT team leading the way in pathology services
- Bring your medical or IT knowledge to engage with healthcare professionals across a diverse portfolio
- Use your problem-solving skills to make a difference and support patient care

**About the role**:
Based out of our central laboratory in Macquarie Park, Sydney, you will work collaboratively with the Client IT Services team in a customer service role. A typical day will be spent assisting our clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues in relation to DHM’s eHealth products: Sonic Dx, Fetch and all associated functions. On occasions, you may be required to attend onsite facilities and medical practices to support our referrers and medical clients.
