Casual Commercial Cleaner - High Security Site (Macquarie Park, Sydney)

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a high-security, mission-critical environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.

Duties include:

- General commercial cleaning of technical and office environments (scrubbing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming).
- Ancillary cleaning tasks such as toilets, kitchens, and replenishing consumables.
- Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in designated areas.
- Adhering to site safety, security, and operational requirements.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must:

- Be an **Australian Citizen** (essential - due to Federal Government security requirements).
- Have **at least 3 years commercial cleaning experience**.
- Possess excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Be punctual, reliable, responsible, and customer focused.
- Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Pass a **Police background check** and obtain high-level **security clearance**.
- Hold a current valid Australian driver’s licence (advantageous, not essential).
