**360 Personnel** are seeking a
**CNC Operator **for
**immediate start** in
**Pinkenba**.

Become part of a renowned premium manufacturer and supplier of metal flooring and allied products with over 75 years' experience in the industry.

The role will initially start off on a casual basis (~3 months) and then transition into a full-time permanent position.

**What you will be doing**:

- Safely and efficiently operate company assets and equipment to achieve set targets in quality and volume within the logistics environment.
- Actively investigate and suggest via process improvement, opportunitues to eliminate waste and maximise utilisation of resources available.
- Complete all required compliance documentation for Health, Safety and Quality
- Ensure product and packaging quality is in accordance with relevant specifications by inspection of received goods and finished products prior to receipt and dispatch.
- Maintain high levels of work area and yard housekeeping.
- Achieve inventory targets through effective loss control methods.
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time by Site Operations Supervisor or delegate.

**What you will need**:

- Demonstrable experience in ERP operation and Microsoft Software packages
- Able to interpret and manufacture required items from production drawings and work orders.
- Forklift Operator License essential, experience in non-standard loads required.
- Gantry Crane Operator Competency desired
- Experience in operation of hand tools such as grinders, drills, strappers, etc.
- 2 yrs. experience in manufacturing or construction environment desirable
