About You
Reporting to the Head of Growth you will be responsible for supporting our bids and tender team
with the preparation of tender submissions, including general administration and project support
to the team. The role is responsible for reviewing the initial request to tracking and managing
the tender/bid process to submitting the final bid. Additionally, the role will support the Head of
Growth with research, administration and support the strategic planning process.

Essential Criteria
- Minimum Certificate IV in Business, Administration, Public Policy or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and navigate databases
- The ability to manage, plan and prioritise multiple projects in time critical situations
- Knowledge of proposals and use of tender management tools and techniques highly regarded
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the NFP sector would be highly regarded
- Experience inTendering processes is DESIRABLE.
