**Account Manager**

Our client is a well-regarded and well-established Manufacturing company who offer an excellent work culture, job security and genuine opportunities for professional development.

Ideally located between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, our client is currently operating within 5 different warehousing sites and is experiencing strong growth, a direct result from continuous repeat business.

Our client is a leader in manufacturing pharmaceutical goods, such as Probiotics, Powders, Capsules, Sachets and NEW Product Development.

**The Role**:
You will be working collaboratively within a small, diverse team of 4 and will be responsible for managing client accounts throughout their entire life cycle.

There is a constant flow of work which is divided between the Account Managers, and it would be your responsibility to build that relationship and cater to their request.

**Your main responsibilities would include**:

- Working with businesses to establish their needs and tailor the product to suit
- Providing a quote on the pharmaceutical product they desire
- Following up on this quote to generate a sale
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure product labels are to specification
- Overseeing the product during production and delivery
- Keeping in touch with the client during the sales cycle, informing them of any delays
- Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate new sales

- ** Pay rate**:$65,000 plus super per annum + bonus (approx. 11k)
- ** Hours**: core business hours, flexible
- ** Days**: Monday - Friday

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a Sales Administration role, Scheduling role or similar would be advantageous
- Experience in Manufacturing is highly desirable
- Excellent record keeping and accuracy
- A natural talent for customer service and a desire to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Thrive in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment, where anything can happen
- Able to work in a structured environment, toward achievable KPI's
