**The Company**

Our client is a growth-focused company in the mining industry offering a flexible, hybrid work environment. Recent expansion has created an opportunity for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to enrich the internal team.

**The Role**

The primary purpose of this role will be to provide commercial and financial support through provision of financial analysis to drive improved financial performance and facilitate well-informed decisions. In this role you will:

- Have a strong focus on continuous improvement and value accretion for the company.
- Assist the Finance Function perform the end to end management accounting function for the operation.
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Compile decision evaluation modelling and provide recommendations on capital projects.
- Perform detailed analytics providing insight to drive value.
- Supporting Finance projects and systems development.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- A Finance or Commerce degree.
- CPA or CA qualified (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in a commercial or finance environment with a proven track record in business analysis.
- Proven ability to develop strong and trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel desirable.
