**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience within a similar role, with a willingness to learn and develop your pre-existing skill-set. CPA/CA qualification will be highly regarded as well as strong technical skills. A genuine care for the community and wanting to add value to people’s lives will see your values align with the team and organisation as a whole. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical, with a hardworking, ethical and motivated work ethic. As the industry is currently going through a transformation period, someone who embraces change would fit best into the role. Previous experience working in a not-for-profit organisation will be highly regarded, along with experience using PowerBi.
