**The role and what we're looking for**:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing commercial and financial analysis to support the business in delivering its operation business plans. The Finance Business Partner is also responsible for managing accounting functions, budget preparation and end of month procedures.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Partner with the business on understanding key strategic drivers and other planning assumptions that support the forecast and annual budget process
- Assist with the development of business case documents in support of future projects, change requests, and initiatives, including cost and benefit analysis and Member value adoption
- Ensure general ledger data integrity and balance sheet and sub-ledgers reconcile
- Maintain the chart of account, including the addition of new accounts and hierarchy set up
- Support the business to identify KPIs for their respective areas and establish a baseline and target for each KPI
- Investigate and analyse key variances to budget and forecasts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the business
- Ability to make commercially driven decisions and recommendations and influence business stakeholders in the delivery of insights
- Advanced skill in the use of MS Office Software suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or a similar discipline
- CA or CPA qualification
