YOUR NEXT ROLE
The People & Culture Specialist will work under Hyne Group and focus on supporting Rocky Point in achieving its business objectives by fostering a strong organisational culture and enhancing employee engagement. This role will serve as the primary People & Culture representative on site providing operational support and leading initiatives that promote high performance and a cohesive workplace environment.

Act as a coach and mentor to leaders, providing guidance on performance, industrial relations, and change management for a high-performance culture.
ABOUT YOU
Proven 5-7 years’ experience partnering with leaders in a HR function with a focus on organisational development.
Natural relationship building skills to develop effective working relationships.
Experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation and content creation.
Proven ability to manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
A desire to passionately help others and partner with leaders in the business.
Flexibility to travel between our office locations including Rocky Point - Yatala, Hamilton - Inner Brisbane and Wodonga NSW will be required.
Proven ability in handling multiple priorities in a highly confidential manner.
Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and schedule in an efficient, productive manner.
Experience working within an environment where identifying new approaches, methods, or technologies was required or having introduced better, faster, or less expensive ways to do things.
