We are looking to hire a Bookkeeper / Payroll Officer to join our team for an immediate start.
- **What you’ll be doing**:_
- Manage & coordinate day-to-day company administration activities
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Client invoicing
- Weekly payroll
- Monthly reporting
- **What you’ll need**:_
- Must be proficient with Xero
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Have proven experience in bookkeeping for small to medium businesses
- Have good communications skills
- Be reliable & dependable and looking for long term employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Xero: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
