Some of our projects include hotels, high-rise residential & commercial towers, hospitals, universities, shopping centres, major sporting facilities, data centres and government & defence projects.
**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in the construction industry, ideally with experience working for a main contractor or sub-contractor with exposure to Tier 1 & Tier 2 projects.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible to plan, manage and deliver the construction cleaning works across multiple major projects from start to finish, with the overall objective to ensure all projects are delivered within scope, timeframes and to budget, while maintaining high quality, safety standards and customer expectations.
This is a hands-on role working across various Tier 1 projects, with work commencing at 6.45am daily, across Monday to Friday with Saturday commitments.
You’ll be a driven, highly motivated and proactive individual who can train and mentor a team, prioritise and problem-solve various tasks, meet daily challenges with efficiency and can deliver and exceed customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day planning and delivery of construction cleaning works across multiple major projects
- Coordinate project requirements with Clients and meet project deadlines
- Set up of equipment and materials for daily works across projects
- Manage project budgets and schedules with reporting on budget actuals and program
- Lead, mentor and train staff to ensure productivity, WHS compliance and correct procedures
- Deliver on the Scope of Works and identify any variations
- Understand and interpret project drawings and elevations
- Manage all safety communication, documentation and compliance i.e. Pre-Start meetings, Toolbox Talks, SWMS etc
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance
- Receive requests from clients requiring staff allocations and schedule daily roster accordingly
- Ensure all jobs and staff are scheduled optimally to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Obtain client sign-off for completed works and ensure additional works are approved and recorded
- Identify and manage risks and hazards
- Ensure projects are completed and handed over to clients in accordance with contract scope and program, client expectations, safety, quality etc
- Provide regular reporting on projects and budgets to the Operations Manager & Director
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in project management/operations on major projects
- Relevant trade or tertiary construction qualifications
- Ability to proactively plan, take ownership & manage major projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of delivering to budget and forecasting
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Able to effectively manage and train a team, ensuring high productivity
- Hands-on approach
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, demonstrates initiative and meets deadlines
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride on delivering high-quality work and service
- Honest, motivated and enthusiastic team player
- A valid Australian Drivers Licence

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
