Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver the programs on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of the program, you will support the team to execute against an agreed plan, track program status, manage budget, manage program team resources and effectively manage and mitigate issues and risks.

This hands-on role has high business visibility and requires a self-starter willing to drive programs and take ownership where needed to ensure successful transformation and project outcomes, and also work well as part of a broader team.

**What’s the role?**
- Lead a team of Scrum Masters to successfully manage a broad scope of business enablement activities as part of a transformational program of work
- Create and execute program plans and evaluate trade-offs between program size, complexity, cost and stakeholder value
- Understand program level dependencies and business impacts to support decisions on prioritisation and sequencing of projects
- Partner with business sponsors to define objectives and key results
- Ensure all program adherence to governance and delivery frameworks
- Define and track key milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
- Ensure all programs meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in the business case
- Work with program change managers to plan and manage the business change associated with the program
- Manage internal & external stakeholders

**Who are you?**
- Thorough understanding of project management principles, tooling and techniques, with Agile experience essential
- Experience delivering multi-year operating model transformation programs in a complex business environment
- Experience providing program leadership to business teams
- Ability to quickly build and maintain trusted relationships
- Strong influencer who drives action at all levels of an organisation
- Hands-on delivery focus with the ability to flex style depending on stakeholder needs
