We have an opportunity for someone to work part time (or casual if you prefer) in our fabulous front office team, surrounded by our spectacular property. At Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill, we have a culture of striving to exceed our guests' expectations at all times and having the "Yes We Can" attitude **ABOUT THE ROLE**: Our Guest Service Agents play a key role in the guest experience. Your responsibilities in this role include the following; - Checking guests in and out, responding to enquiries and providing information about our facilities and services available - Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities and services we have to offer. - Ensuring guest accounts are set up and updated accurately with all relevant notes and transactions including processing of payment. - Communicate guest requests & issues to appropriate departments promptly and efficiently, ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely - Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift - Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensure continuity of service. - Maintaining the presentation of the front desk at all times - first impressions count **ABOUT YOU**: - Passionate about delivering exceptional guest satisfaction - Love to be part of a team with exceptional employee engagement - Knowledge of a hotel's front office administrative duties - including the administration of reservations, cash handling and reception duties is distinct advantage. - Commitment with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays - Proactive and positive focus with a passion for the hotel hospitality industry **ABOUT THE PROPERTY**: If ever there was a place for you to rest and dream, it is Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill.
