**Job Description** Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences** is seeking enthusiastic **Part-Time Guest Service Agent** to join our team. Be the welcoming face of our modern hotel and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a professional and friendly environment.

**About the Role**

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable stays and ensuring each guest feels valued.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
- Provide information and assistance to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the front desk area
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
