As part of the team, you will demonstrate a keen interest in delivering a high level of customer service and share great local knowledge of our area to assist our guests.

We're seeking people with warm and welcoming personalities, a passion for customer service and ability to create surprising and memorable experiences for our guests.

Candidates must be able to work a rotating roster including Weekdays, AM, PM, weekend shifts and public holidays.

Overview

Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors. Coordinate with Housekeeping for guest requirements. Respond to all communications via phone or email promptly and in a professional and courteous manner

Experience

Previous experience in Hotel Front Office and with Opera or similar PMS is required to perform this role.

Must be able to perform job functions with high attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritise, organize, and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest's service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $41.36 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
