**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Employment Term: Full Time Ongoing**

**Location: Choose a hub that’s close to home**

**Salary: $82,000 plus superannuation**

You will have a growth mindset, be adaptable, solution orientated, outcome driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will**
- Seek out new opportunities to promote Everyday Independence at universities
- Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Lead to look at new and innovative ways to recruit

**Your Everyday**
If you were here last week these are some of the things you would have:

- Completed reference checks and liaised with Area and State Leads
- Attended a weekly team meeting within your hub aswell as a TA Team huddle
- Shared a joke and a laugh with colleagues

**To be successful in this role, you will be**:

- A recruiter with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and consistently meet monthly targets
- Passionate about Recruitment and getting the right fit
- People focused - we love people and finding the best people to fit our roles
- Experienced in the recruitment of Allied Health Practitioners and within the disability sector, however this is not essential
- Adaptable, confident and courageous in your conversations
- Innovative and forward thinking about how we recruit
- A great communicator with the ability to manage relationships
- Committed to growing and developing yourself and the people around you
- Able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check
