About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work alongside a skilled team of Operations Coordinators to manage the daily allocation of fleet, drivers, and riggers. Based in Derrimut this full-time position is central to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of client projects across Victoria.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of a national business on the rise, you'll play a central role in supporting safe, reliable, and well-coordinated project delivery.
- Coordinate the daily scheduling and allocation of cranes, equipment, and personnel across worksites
- Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, job details, and ensure a high level of service delivery
- Work closely with the Operations Manager on fleet utilisation, rostering, and maintenance planning
- Oversee compliance, inductions, and operational record-keeping
- Provide day-to-day operational support to supervisors and crews, ensuring effective communication across teams
- Assist with transport scheduling for trucks and drivers
- Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction

You'll bring:
- Proven experience in operations coordination, scheduling, logistics, or fleet management (crane/transport industry experience highly regarded)
