The Grounds of Alexandria is seeking passionate, committed and experienced event hospitality staff to join the team at the Grounds of Alexandria and the Grounds of Eveleigh. Working on the floor and in the bar you will be assisting the venue team to successfully deliver functions.

As a member of our **Events & Functions Team,** you will be:

- A warm, bubbly personality, you’re a people person
- High standard of presentation and communication
- At least 1-2 years of solid FOH experience
- You’re a fast worker and can work autonomously as well as in a team.
- You're a good at communicating and will be able to liaise with team members, kitchen and management
- You believe in making every moment unique and special to the clients of The Grounds of Alexandria
- Available to work nights and weekends

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Supporting the Event Operations Management team, your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring standards of service are met at every event and creating an outstanding experience for every client
- Maintaining a high level of focus on quality and customer experience at all times.
- Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regard to venue cleanliness and presentation.
- Working efficiently and collaboratively with all departments

**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
