**About the Role**:
As the Property Manager Assistant you will work closely with our experienced property managers by providing both administrative and out of office support within the team’s allocated property portfolio.
This full-time permanent position based at the clients Footscray office is ideal for a motivated individual looking to be part of a dynamic and professional team. 3+ years preferred.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Conduct open & routine inspections.
- Advertise properties.
- Reception cover when necessary

**What you need**:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- Completed an Agents Rep certificate or Cert 4 in Property
- A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment.
- A can-do attitude
- Property Tree experience essential.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Real Estate Certificate (required)
