The Role:
Reporting directly to the Property Services and Contracts Manager you will be responsible for compliance, administration relating to property asset administration.
Key areas of Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the preparation of capital and operational expenditure, and maintenance programs
- Project budget record preparation and maintenance
- Provide support to projects by procurement of equipment and furniture – Assets and Property
- Administer the organisations asset, procurement and purchasing, and contract information management systems including but not limited to Urbanise.
The Successful Candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Tertiary qualification in property or administration
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A customer service focus in all interactions
- Proficient IT skills and strong time management
- Good customer service with the ability to deal effectively and empathetically with people in a retirement and aged care environment.
