Our client is an iconic Australian company currently seeking a Technical Writer to deliver on a key program of work.

Your new role will see you documenting processes and procedures related to a large scale point of sale uplift. You will help document onboarding/ offboarding processes, development practices and document security controls. Working closely with the broader team you will have access to SME's across the program.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Writer across a range of projects
- Experience delivering on large scale programs of work
- Prior experience documenting processes
- Exposure to a retail environment is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

Our client is offering an initial contract through until March 31st with potential to extend. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with work from home flexibility on offer.
