One of Australia largest Utilities organisations is looking for a Technical Writer

This key role will be required to support the Change, Comms and Training Manager in development of effective communications and documentation, in the support of the Meter to Cash, for the Capability Uplift Project (CUP) with the first Tranche focusing on a new Meter to Cash (M2C) capability.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets company & M2C standards.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Power and Water business, customer experience and metering strategies and translate complex information into polished, engaging content.
- Work with the Change Analyst, Business Analyst and Testing teams to gain understanding of the Retail Meter Data System and Utilities market and system requirements.
- Write user-friendly content, including system screen shots and referencing material, which meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.
- Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials.

**What do you need?**
- Hold strong understanding of Process, Project Management or Change Management methodologies.
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
- Research, create, and maintain information templates that adhere to organisational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration.
- Ability to work autonomously and self-manage workload & priorities.
