Our company, Davidson Technology, has joined forces with a government agency and is in search of a highly skilled Technical Writers to become a part of our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be an essential contributor in providing technical guidance and assistance for significant ICT projects and daily network operations. This opportunity offers a hybrid work model and an initial 26-month contract.
- Create technical documents, diagrams, and manuals to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Generate professional documentation related to network and data centre infrastructure, including high-level, detailed, and conceptual diagrams for various audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Provide implementation and migration planning detail and support..
- Work with stakeholders to plan, write, and execute Methods of Procedure documents outlining steps to migrate production services to newly deployed Data Centre infrastructure.
- Write High and Low-Level Design documents based on gathered requirements for guidance and reference during and after Compute and Storage deployments.
- Be an Australian citizen, eligible for baseline security clearance (NV1), and able to attend the Melbourne office three days a week.

This role offers competitive remuneration, a 26-month contract with the possibility of extension, and the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
