Market leading, multi $BN company recruiting an Arrears Officer / Credit officer on a permanent basis.

They have a great opportunity for an experienced Arrears/Credit/Accounts receivable professional to join the team on an initial period of three months with view to extend.
- Communicate with customers who have a dishonoured repayment.
- Make recommendations to management about the recovery strategy.
- Prepare and provide daily statistical records.
- In conjunction with Management, examine ways to improve the business activities as they relate to arrears loan.
- Provide all monthly operational reporting to Executive Manager, Customer Experience

**About you**:

- At least three years experience in a credit control / billings / Accounts receivable role
- Ability to work autonomously and a spart of a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Tertiary degree qualification in accounting or business-related studies advantageous
- Exposure to financial systems and a corporate environment
- Knowledge of property commerce / industry
