**Position Overview**

As an entry level or an experienced Credit Officer, you will be confident in areas of Credit Management, Risk Management, and Collections. Come and join our team on a Full-Time Permanent Role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their role and can contribute at a high level. You are joining a dedicated, efficient, and inclusive team that loves to exceed goals, KPI’s and expectations. Your role is to ensure your customers pay within the terms of the agreement and to screen all new clients to ensure we are not at risk of zero payment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing your own clean ledger
- Collection and management of overdue accounts
- Placing orders on hold and releasing
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Prompt & efficient handling of all disputes and enquiries and recognising cash flow issues
- Update and maintain accurate master data of accounts
- Assist with month end processes, ensure the sub ledgers are aligned with GL
- Proven background as a Credit Officer
- Experience in analysing data, reporting, processing, and admin
- Collections experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve set targets
- Strong in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Expert skills in persuasive negotiations to get the best company outcomes
- You will come with excellent time management
- Excellent attentional to detail
