**The Role**

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience as a Credit Controller with key responsibilities including:

- Manage a high volume of both incoming and outgoing phone calls proficiently.
- Pursue the retrieval of outstanding debts diligently.
- Handle a personal portfolio focused on recoveries effectively.
- Engage in respectful negotiations for the collection of overdue accounts, fostering positive relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate proactive behaviour and a strong willingness to learn continuously.
- Identify the causes behind client arrears and negotiate viable resolutions.
- Adhere strictly to internal policies, system procedures, and external regulatory standards.
- Generate and explore potential leads actively.
- Provide essential support to team members with various crucial tasks to meet departmental objectives.
