**About the Team**
- This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

**About the Role**
- The primary purpose of the Arrears Manager is to reduce and minimise the number of customers in arrears and drive recovery of outstanding revenue where applicable. We know that our clients are busy running their business and sometimes need a gentle reminder.

The role will define, design, and implement an end-to-end process to manage arrears proactively, minimising lost revenue and driving expansion or renewal revenue wherever possible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and implement an effective arrears collection strategy. This includes process and practice, as well as setting clear targets, payments plans and utilising appropriate channels to improve arrears recovery
- Decrease the overall percentage of outstanding payments or delinquent accounts
- Improve customer experience, by resolving issues amicably and in a timely manner.
- Design and implement robust arrears tracking systems and tools where they do not currently exist.
- Collaborate with internal partners and cross functional teams to minimise churn and maximise cross selling opportunities.

**About You**
- You will be passionate about finance and have extensive experience in building responsive and creative narratives which land positively with their intended audiences. Positive energy, a sense of fun, the ability to work at pace and a desire to deliver great results will be valuable attributes for this role. As will:

- Consistent record in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of Arrears / Collections management practices
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, risk assessment and KPIs relating to arrears / collections management
- Knowledge of relevant Australian and New Zealand laws, regulations and industry guidelines.
