We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, compliant, and commercially focused people solutions. In this role, you’ll provide expert advice on employee relations, organizational change, and policy development helping shape a workplace where people and performance thrive.

What you will enjoy doing

- Providestrategic and operational HR advice to managers and employees
- Leadand resolve complex employee relations matters
- Developand implement HR policies, frameworks, and initiatives
- Partnerwith leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and successionplanning
- Delivertraining, workshops, and coaching to build leadership capability
- AnalyseHR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Exposure to IR, Enterprise Bargaining agreement negotiations

What makes you great

- Bachelor’sdegree in HR, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3- 5 years’ HR experience, ideally in a consulting or advisory capacity
- Proven experience in Award Interpretation and Enterprise Agreement negotiation
- Strongunderstanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Understanding of Australian and New Zealand Legislation
- Provenability to manage change, influence stakeholders, and deliver results
- Demonstratedskills in performance management, and organizationaldevelopment
- Ability to thrivein a fast-changing environment and maintain a solution-focused mindset
