**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for our next superstar full-time clinic Manager to join our Clear Skin Family.

The day-to-day of this role will include driving clinic sales, coaching our and mentoring team members, and leading by example.

You will be the face of our clinic; we want you to bring warm energy to the clinic and lead by example to provide the world-class service that our clients expect when they come into Clear Skincare Clinics.

The less glamorous but just as important part of the role of reporting, compliance, and clinic presentation will remain a key focus to ensure overall success within the clinic and impeccable client experience.

Does this sound like you? Here's what will make you stand out to us.
- A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, remembering that not every day will be the same.
- Experience with managing a high-performing team.
- The ability to inspire your team of Therapists and Cosmetic Injectors to smash clinic sales targets.
- Experience using medical-grade devices (such as Candela Laser and HydraFacial) would be a bonus, however not essentialStrong and positive communication skills that inspire your team
