About the Role

As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist you'll play a key role in clinical treatment. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Part Time or Casual position

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is (desirable)
  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Prior experience using Dental 4 Windows (required)

You are:

  • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills (essential)
  • A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus (essential)
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
