Our client is seeking an experienced
**Clinical Care Manager** to oversee the clinical operations of a
**107-bed modern Aged Care facility located in Colac, Victoria.**

Work alongside a professional and well-established management team, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your clinical knowledge and expertise as a Clinical Care Manager of a Regional Aged Care residence, within a
**leading national not-for-profit organisation.**

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 107-bed Aged Care facility in Colac, Victoria
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
