Casual Receptionist

A Casual Receptionist position is available at Skinmetics Clinic in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.

Our independent clinic is ideally seeking a receptionist (experience is not necessary) who is confident with greeting clients, taking phone calls and has skills in reception.

You will be supported in all aspects in the clinic, including administrative duties but ideally you would be able to operate independently.

Essential requirements to apply:

- Well-presented, with excellent communications in written and spoken English.
- Must be available Tuesday - Friday and willing to work alternating Saturdays.
- Ability to offer our team comprehensive supporting skills.
- Strongly outcomes-focused and be able to meet challenging tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to problem-solve whilst upholding a high standard of care will be greatly respected.
- Independent working skills with resilient ability to accept and follow clinical and management directives

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and texts
- Client consultations
- Greeting clients
- Processing client payments
- Rebooking clients
- Using Booking Management system
- Updating client files
- Social media management and marketing
- Following up clients

Preferred requirement but not essential:

- Completed or currently studying Beauty Therapy
- Experience with salons and reception duties
- Experience in social media marketing
