We are seeking a passionate full-time Allied Health Assistant to join our vibrant Prospect team and assist our clinicians to make a difference in the lives of others.

**Our Prospect office and team**:

- Amazing location near Puckle St shops, cafes and train station
- Old world charm and character makes the office a standout from the surrounding buildings
- Regular social events, daily trivia quiz and toastie Fridays, taking full advantage of the sunny aspect in the front garden

**About your New Role**:

- Assisting the multidisciplinary team with preparing and coordinating assessments, including preparing any documentation
- Monitoring changes in clients and reporting these changes to the relevant clinician
- Preparing clinic room for assessments including organising appropriate equipment and ensuring assessments are available
- Conducting risk assessments on behalf of clinicians
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas
- Managing correspondence relating to initial assessments, media consent forms, service agreements and other forms as required
- Undertaking other ad hoc duties as needed

**About You**:

- You are able to commit to full time or Part time worl
- You have your own car and a valid drivers’ licence
- You can provide evidence of:

- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
