**About the role**

Lifecare is seeking a receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a **casual** role working to support our Allied Health team in **Essendon **and **Oak Park**.

You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

Our clinics are ideally located to nearby parking and accessible to public transport.

- Polished and professional presentation, punctual with a high level of self-motivation to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Available to work up to 20 hours per week during clinic trading days Monday - Saturday and hours 7am-7pm (half day Saturdays).
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Committed to working within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- National Police Check and Working With Children Check
