**About the team**:
Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. Our knowledgeable Team Members serve customers through our network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**:
Supporting the Operations Team, you will work cross functionally across Coles Liquor Group and the P&C and Learning & Development team to develop content, coaching and implementation of materials to support our team development platform: SET to Serve

You’ll also:

- Create the strategy for Set to Serve to deliver improved capability to Store Team members
- Formulate the service delivery framework for Liquor
- Formulate strategies to grow engagement on our learning modules and articles
- Partner with State teams to simplify business processes and build tailored reward and recognition initiatives by banner
- Influence the merchandise, marketing and trade planning teams to deliver promotional plans that maximise profitable sales aligned with set to serve initiatives
- Present regular updates to senior leadership on the performance against strategy centred on building capability
- Analyse customer data to understand opportunities to improve service standards
- Advocate for stores and for positive change - challenge status quo and make suggestions for continuous improvement

**About you and your skills**:
You’ll have a strong understanding of product knowledge and brand proposition, ideally coupled with experience in communications and / or project management.

You’ll also:

- Experience with learning frameworks as well as creating learning content and managing an LMS
- Proven ability in creating and delivering customer service based initiatives to improve service standards
- Strong Industry knowledge of Service, learning strategies and content creation
- Cross-functional experience in operations and demonstrated ability to effectively engage multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of end-to-end process management, with ability to adapt to new systems and disciplines
- Be regarded for your ability to deconstruct problems/issues, identify root cause and articulate simple solutions for stores
- Demonstrate great communication skills - knows how to interact with and engage teams and individuals
