**About the role**:
As the Business Readiness Stream Lead, you will be defining a detailed Business Readiness plan, manage, and coordinate the activities needed for each Business team. This role will be ideal for someone with previous PowerBI experience and good analytical & excel skills.

**About you and your skills**:
You will have prior experience working in large, complex programs and also demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and position content to ensure alignment and synergies.

Your skills
- Previous experience in Power BI reporting will be preferable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Strong planning, organisational and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilise and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver messages with grace and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills
