**About the team**:
the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Within Central Operations our Coles Collect team provide logistics to our partners. As this area of the business expands, we are looking for a National Asset Lead to join the team.
**About the role**:
You will work with the National Manager to lead the end to end operations Work with the National Manager to lead the end to end operational support across Sales, Operations, 3PL Management and internal stakeholder management. You will also:
- manage significant budget and spend across one of our key 3PL relationships
- partner with senior stakeholders across Operations and the business units to identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve service, market share and profitability
- act as a project lead on the development, implementation and continuous improvement of ways of working and projects.
- find dynamic solutions to ensure customer needs are met and key deliverables on customer service targets are met
- produce data reports and present on key financials to leadership in an engaging way.
***About you and your skills**:
We are looking for someone with a depth of supply chain knowledge who has the ability to engage suppliers and manage key stakeholders. You will also have:
- experience of working in supply chain/logistics, linking into distribution centre & transport operations preferable
- solid understanding of retail supply chain systems and processes within a complex transport or supply chain environment
- proven ability to drive change and influence outcomes in a collaborative way.
- experience with project implementation and operation of supply chain systems and processes
- the ability to understand and interpret contracts (particularly in complex multiple partnerships)
- a strong understanding of in Inbound/Outbound Transport and can work autonomously with the ability to prioritise and deliver
