The Technology Transformation vision and scope is to evolve organisational capabilities that enable and empower teams to continuously provide the highest value to customers at an ever-increasing pace.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an Enterprise Agility Lead to be a strategic partner within Technology transformation for technology areas, to mentor and upskill the understanding necessary for the scaled agility transformation activities needed for Agile excellence and a successful transformation.

Key activities include:

- Lead the Enterprise Coaches and the Transformation partners embedded at the portfolio level. Ensuring we have the right coverage to match the scaled agile backlog
- Leveraging Transformation program capabilities, orchestrate and sequence activities to implement transformation outcomes contextualised by leadership and the change capacity of the Technology teams.
- Monitor and evaluate transformation activities with Technology teams to inform continuous improvement of transformation activities.
- Work collaboratively with Transformation program SMEs to ensure targeted changes are appropriately embedded in the transformation approach.

**About you and your skills**:

- Outstanding stakeholder management and business partnering
- Experience designing scalable blended learning solutions and implementing across multiple areas and via multiple channels, including self-service, instructor led training and team coaching.
- Extensive commercial experience in agile frameworks
- Ability to define a business problem, provide a business relevant learning solution and deliver agreed learning solutions.
- Excellent planning, influencing, organising, problem solving, research and analytical skills.
- Strong operational experience.
- Commercial acumen.
