**About the Role**

Reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner, the Organisational Development Coordinator will help drive our people, performance and culture initiatives by providing brilliant support to the Organisational Effectiveness and People & Culture Teams.

Specifically, you will:

- Support the P&C team to enable brilliant execution of Perform & Grow (our performance and development frameworks)
- Support and deliver key projects that drive performance and our cultural imperatives.
- Deliver meaningful reporting to drive accountability and action.
- A hunger to deliver outstanding work with 1-2 years' prior experience working in HR, L&D or Organisational Development/Effectiveness
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Previous experience using learning technologies
- Ability to deliver innovative work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
