Ramsay Health Care is seeking an innovative, optimistic and dynamic Organisation Development Program Lead to join our team. You will be part of our National OD team, who focus on building the capability of our current and future workforce to ensure all employees have the necessary skills and growth opportunities to perform their roles and grow a successful career.

**About the Role**
- Support the implementation and delivery of key programs and initiatives
- Focus on refining, streamlining and improving current coordination processes
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the coordination team
- Work closely with the OD director, Learning Manager and Senior Leaders within Ramsay

**Your Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience working within a high volume Learning & OD function and managing programs of work end-to-end
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project management and coordination position, managing a high volume of project activity
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and implementing more efficient work processes
- Experience facilitating and delivering training in a live and virtual setting
- Highly collaborative with a proven ability to build relationship with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, solution oriented and outcome focused
- Tech savvy with experience using SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite and workflow tasks

**Nice to Have**:

- People leadership experience
- Experience in talent and succession planning, leadership programs and engagement surveys

**Remuneration**

An annual salary ranging from **$120K to $130K** + superannuation, dependent on experience level and qualifications.
