**About the role**
It's an exciting time to join the People and Culture (P&C) function at NESA. We are in a period of growth, transforming our operating model and re-defining our service offerings across the full range of people deliverables to support exceptional business outcomes. In addition to enhancing delivery of core operational services and pursuing new enabling technology solutions, the People and Culture team is responsible for designing and delivering an exciting agenda of strategic people priorities and workforce programs.

- Undertaking research and benchmarking including using data and metrics to enable evidence-based recommendations and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Engaging across NESA to define workforce needs, challenges and opportunities, provide coaching and support including capability and leadership uplift, especially regarding engagement, retention and recognition.
- Leading the design and delivery of talent management and succession planning, equity, inclusion and belonging strategies.
- Leveraging new and emerging technology for the design and delivery of programs, initiatives and projects within established timeframes and budgets.
