Perth Bouncy Castle Hire is seeking an experienced events labourer to join our team. As a leading provider of fun and exciting event equipment rentals, we need someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, dismantle and supervise bouncy castles, inflatable slides, mechanical rides and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain equipment throughout events to ensure safe usage and functionality.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
- Load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Attend training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices.
- Assist our team leader in scheduling and operations
- Lead a team and train other team members

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience working in events and equipment rental industry.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license is required
- A Valid Working with Children Certificate is required
- Experience in inflatables would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
