RD Events is looking for a proactive and experience Event Manager to join the Conference and Event team based in our Perth office. The focus of this role is to coordinate events based in Perth, regional WA and manage event support to the Events team.

Your customer service skills must be exemplary and you will bring a passion for event management and enthusiasm for service delivery. You must be a team player who enjoys working in a close-knit and successful team.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate the operations and onsite management of events in Perth and regional WA.
- Manage multiple event calendars and meet deadlines throughout the year.
- Ensure the client, event stakeholders, partners and event attendees receive outstanding service pre, during and post event.
- Coordinate suppliers, venue contracts and contractors including liaison, briefing and management of logístical operations.
- Budget for, report on and provide final accounts in relation to each event.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
